HELP International (NPO) managed with City University Yashio ( Yashio Shimon Daigako ) cooking class for university students which was held in Chuo Kominkan Yashio. A wellknown Japanese dish Nikuman, which is very popular in Japanese culture, was prepared during this class.
Nikuman is the Japanese name for the Chinese Baozi made from flour dough, and filled with cooked ground beef and other food stuff. It is a kind of “Chukaman” also known in English. “Nikuman” are steamed and often sold as street food. During festivals, they are frequently sold and eaten. Now it cooked in different kind of taste like as vegetable curry and mix taste.
